Understand Roles

We will meet with all parties involved in the sales process to understand the current chemistry. We will document each leader’s roles/responsibilities, determine time dedicated to achieving goals, & create a time management framework.

Shadow calls & meetings

We will shadow calls and meetings to understand the facts, gain insights, & remove assumptions. We will then make the recommendations that will make the biggest impact. 

Share results

We will create reports to share all findings. We will share the custom frameworks that will drive success for the sales team.
